<aside> ⚙ Decision (2020-11): Will go with a belt/chain drive system and not a differential gear. While cool, they seem to be uncommon on go carts and so hard and expensive to purchase. Some folks have build their own from separate gears, but I think that's probably beyond my current skill-level and a rabbit hole I don't want to get into at this time. I can always revisit this later.
